PURPOSE:A mixed fuel that is obtained by mixing mono-oleate, phenol ether, ester sodium and solvent into a solution, thus improving fuel costs and combustion efficiency, when it is added to kerosin, gasolin, light oil, heavy oil or the like. CONSTITUTION:The objective mixed fuel is obtained by mixing (A) emulsified sorbitan mono-oleate, (B) emulsified polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether, (C) sodium dialkylsulfosuccinate as an anionic surfactant in the form of a solution and (D) a solvent selected from gasolin or kerosin into a solution. The resultant mixed fuel is added to a liquid fuel by less than 1wt%, preferably 0.3-0.8wt%.
