The device comprises a chamber of variable volume 3, having a domed diaphragm 5, provided with orifices 8 and a sealing base 12, the chamber 3 being located at the base of a container 2. The upper end 21 of the tubular element 4 is accommodated inside the tubular section 22 of the push-button P, mounted so that it can slide inside the cylindrical wall 23 of the cover 14. The lower end 24 of the element 4, open at the end, is provided with a face 7. The container 2 is closed in a leaktight manner by the lower edge of the element 4, resting against the diaphragm 5 and by the upper face 26 pressing the joint element 25 against the lower edge of the wall 23. The element 4 pushed during use by the push-button P, deforms the diaphragm 5 firstly at the centre by means of its lower edge and then causes the central section of the diaphragm 5 to switch to the convex position, by the edge of the face 7, thereby opening the passage to the outside for the product enclosed in the chamber 3. <IMAGE>
