PURPOSE:To raise the productivity of rubberized chlothes by preventing the joining bias of rubberized clothes by a method in which rubberized clothes cut at a given angle are moved by a slight amount while being lowered and joined with the rear portions of the rubberized clothes cut in the previous stage. CONSTITUTION:A rubberized cloth 6a is sent out by a material sender 1 and held by holders 17 and 16. A supporting base 2 is raised, the grooved part 36 of a cutter 3 is lowered, and a blade 32 is reciprocally moved to cut the cloth 6a to form given rubberized clothes 6b. By leaving the holding state of the holder 16 intact, the holder 17 is released and slightly moved toward the direction of separating the holders 16 and 17. In this case, the rear end of the initial cloth 6c is raised by the downward movement of a rear end raiser 43, and the tip of the cloth 6b is lapped under the cloth 6c. The rear end of the cloth 6c is joined with the tip of the cloth 6b by a clamper 5. These operations are repeated to manufacture long rubberized clothes with good efficiency.
