PURPOSE:To obtain a dye transfer body which provides a quality image free from omission at the halftone with a sufficient color density by providing a coloring material layer containing a sublimating dye and non-sublimating particles as specified on a substrate while a part of the non-sublimating particles are made to jut out of the coloring material layer. CONSTITUTION:A dye layer 3 wherein non-sublimating particles 4 are mixed into an ink comprising at least one kind of sublimating dyes as given by the formulas I, II and III (wherein, X represents hydrogen or a methyl group and R and R' each represent 1-4C alkyl group), a resin such as polycarbonate and polysulfone and a solvent is formed on a substrate 2 made of a heat resistant high polymer film or the like. Here, non-sublimating particles 4 use metal, metal oxide particles or the like with the particle size of 0.1-10mum to function as a spacer between the dye layer 3 and an image receiving body 6 so that at least three per one pixel jutting out of the coloring material layer. |
