PURPOSE:To eliminate always excess or shortage of power source capacity by unitizing a process part relating to image recording to plural blocks, providing a power source converter to each of the respective units and connecting the power source converters in parallel with a power source. CONSTITUTION:Units L1-L3, P1-P3, C1-C3 are provided respectively to a unit (a) of an image signal generating part, an image forming unit (b) and a paper supply unit (c) so as to be selected according to purposes. If, for example, the units L2, P1, C1 are assumed to be used, the power source converters L51, P51, C51 are respectively connected in parallel with the outside power source (not shown in figure) by connectors L90, P90, C90. As a result the supply of always the specified electric power to the respective converters L51, P51, C51 is made possible even if there is unbalance of power consumption in each unit and the image recorder constituted of the respective units L2, P1, C1 functions normally at all times. |
