PURPOSE:To obtain a better transfer recorded image by combining a transfer body having a coloring material layer containing a specified sublimating dye on one surface of a substrate while having a slick heat resistant layer on the other and an image receiving body having a color developing body containing inorganic fine particles and a dye fastening binder. CONSTITUTION:A transfer body 1 is provided with a coloring material layer on one surface of a substrate 2 and a slick heat resistant layer 3 on the other, where the coloring material layer contains at least one kind of sublimating dyes as given by the formulas I, II and III (wherein, X represents hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R and R' each represent 1-4C alkyl group). Non-sublimating particles 5 are made to jut out of the surface of a layer 4 comprising a dye and a binder. The slick heat resistant layer 3 is made up of fine particles, liquid lubricating substance and high polymer substance. On the other hand, an image receiving body has a color developing layer 11 comprising inorganic fine particles 9 and 2 kinds of binders 10 and 10' incompatible with each other and thus, dye molecules are permitted to reach the color forming point 13 easily through clearances 15 between the incompatible binders 10 and 10' to form color. |
