PURPOSE:To effectively attenuate a vibration without dropping a speed at a positioning point by increasing applied current near the point. CONSTITUTION:A step generator 2 generates a drive step signal by a step production command from a controller 1, and a step signal drives a pulse motor 4 through a pulse motor driver 3. The controller 1 has a processor for generating a normal drive step and a processor for controlling to increase the applied current (b) at a positioning point. As a result, the generator 2 increases the applied current near the point as shown. A vibration can be sufficiently attenuated at the positioning point (a) of the motor 4 by applying the increased current. |
