PURPOSE:To measure the diameter and the real center of a worked hole in a short time and with high precision by using two detecting parts for contact of movable distance between them. CONSTITUTION:A measuring head 4 is mounted to be capable of engagement and disengagement on a ram device 23 provided on a machine tool. On the other hand, the ram device 23 is also provided with a turret head C. The measuring head 4 is equipped with two parts I1, I2 for detecting contact, which are movable in the opposite direction horizontally and moved through a moving means J by a engaging means H of rotation driving. The distance between the contact detecting parts I1 and I2 is detected by a detection means K. The ram device 23 is also moved horizontally by a horizontal driving means. The diameter and the real center of a worked hole is determined by the quantity of movement and the like of the contact detecting parts I1 and I2 when they are in contact with the wall parts of the worked hole. |
