<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture laminate materials having good buffer property while keeping the smoothness of paper sheet used by a method in which a paper sheet is laminated with a synthetic resin sheet with an aperture for ventilation with the aid of an adhesive, and the laminate is molded in the vacuum mold of an uneven shape. CONSTITUTION:A paper sheet 1 is laminated with a thermoplastic resin sheet 2 with the aid of an adhesive 3 by leaving an aperture (a) for ventilation between both sheets to form a laminate 4, where the adhesive 3 is coated by using a coating roll 13. The laminate 4 is passed through a heating tunnel 15 to melt the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet. The laminate 4 is then vacuum-molded in a vacuum mold 16 with recessions 17, having a suction pipe 18, to form a projection 5 on the sheet 2. Since the paper sheet 1 of the buffer laminate material is of smooth surface, letters printed on the inner surface of the sheet 1 can be clearly read and the appearance of the laminate product can be kept.</p> |
