PURPOSE:To hold the positions of a mold and a magnet constantly by providing a groove on the inner peripheral side of a mold body, and inserting a magnet in which an N-pole and an S-pole are magnetized on the outer peripheral surface into the mold body. CONSTITUTION:An injection mold body 101 mode of a magnetic material is formed in a shape capable of forming a rotor core 8 therein, a magnet 7 in which an N-pole and an S-pole are magnetized in advance on the outer periphery is inserted, and a groove 102 is formed axially on the portion of the body 101 at the portion corresponding to the outer periphery of the magnet 7. Since the groove 102 has a large magnetic resistance, when the magnet 7 is inserted into the body 101, the magnet 7 is stabilized at the prescribed position. |
