CONSTITUTION:An external commercial power source 7 input to a converter 12 is rectified to a DC, regulated to the frequency and the voltage designated by an inverter 13 in accordance with the data input to a microcomputer 11, and applied to the motor. When the microcomputer 11 controls the torque and the frequency to become steady state, the rotor of the motor 5 is balanced with the load to become the restricted state, the thrust is maintained by the slip frequency, and since it is performed within the rated current value of the motor 5, the abnormal heat of the motor is not generated.
