<p>PURPOSE:To match the traveling speed of a photosensitive belt and the conveying speed of paper and to prevent slip of the paper on the photosensitive belt by detecting the traveling speed of the photosensitive belt and controlling a driving means for driving a paper conveying roll according to said speed. CONSTITUTION:This conveyor consists of the conveying roll 11 for conveying paper 7 to the transfer part of a photosensitive belt 2, a sensor part S for detecting the traveling condition of the belt 2 and a control part C for controlling the rotation of the roll 11 in accordance with the detection signal from the part S. The traveling speed of the belt 2 is detected in the sensor part S. Since the conveying speed of the paper 7 is regulated by the control part C in accordance with the result thereof, the conveying speed of the paper is changed accordingly even if the belt speed changes owing to the wear, etc. of a drive roll for traveling the belt 2. A copy having stable image quality is obtd. without slipping of the paper 7 on the belt 2.</p> |
