发明名称 SOLAR LIGHT TRACKING DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute automatic tracking with high accuracy by tracking solar light by an optical system for detecting the present direction of the solar light. CONSTITUTION:Many solar batteries 1 are collected in the shape of a panel so that the direction can be converted by a solar battery displacement mechanism. Also, a detector for tracking solar light is constituted of a convex lens 2, a pinhole plate 3 separated by a focal distance (f) from said lens, and a photodetector placed in its rear. This detector is also fixed to said displacement mechanism so as to turn to the same direction as the solar battery 1. In this state, when a condensing point M conforms to the center of a pin hole P, the photodetecting quantity of the photodetector 4 becomes maximum, and when it is shifted out of the center, said quantity becomes lower than the maximum value. In this way, the solar light is tracked by always monitoring an output W of this photodetector 4, and moving the solar battery displacement mechanism in the direction where this output W becomes the highest value.
