PURPOSE:To improve the bead durability of the captioned tire having organic fiber carcass ply by locating 3-ply organic fiber reinforced layers, provided with specified number of cords embedded at specified intervals at the outside of the turned back end of the carcass, making the top height of the layers as specified. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing laminate 3, composed of 3-ply organic fiber cords, is arranged at the outside of turned back end 1a of a carcass ply so as to position its lower end 3a under a bead wire 2 and its top 3b to make its height H from the reference line of a rim flange (4) 1.2 times of the height (h) of the turned back upper end 1b of the carcass ply. Further, the number of embedded cords in the outermost layer 3d of the reinforcing laminate 3 are made less than those of other layers 3b and 3c and an interval W between embedded cords in the outermost layer 3d is specified not less than 2.2 times of the cord diameter. By this formation, it is made possible to improved the durability of beat part. |
