PURPOSE:To permit the separation of a rubbery bag product from molds by a method in which a pressure fluid from the split face of an intermediate mold is applied onto the inner surface of one piece of rubbery bag product held on the intermediate mold after compression molding, and the product is separated while being expanded. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate mold 5 and an outer mold 2 for forming a rubbery bag product are separately formed, and a clamper 12 to join or separate the split face 14 of intermediate molds 6 and 7 and a path for a pressure fluid are provided. A rubber compound put in a compression chamber 10 is extruded by a piston 9 from an inlet 11 into a molding chamber 8 to form one piece of a bag product. The intermediate mold 5 is removed from the outer mold 2, a pressure fluid is directed from the split face 14 through the path 15 onto the inner surface of the product 16, and the product 16 is separated from molds while being expanded. The bag product can thus be easily taken out of the intermediate molds to obtain one piece of the bag product. |
