<p>PURPOSE:To display a footnote in the end of a page by a simple operation, by storing a footnote symbol and its following footnote in the rear of a prescribed storage area of a work use memory. CONSTITUTION:A footnote counter for counting the number of times depressed a footnote key 7 every page is contained in every page in a CPU, and when its footnote key 7 is depressed, a footnote symbol is stored in a work use memory 12. Subsequently, when the contents of a footnote are inputted by a character key 3, its footnote contents are displayed after the footnote symbol, and when a selection executing key 6 is depressed after the footnote is inputted, the inputted footnote is moved to the rear of a storage area of each page of the work use memory 12 and stored, and also displayed in the rear of a CRT8 for displaying each page.</p> |
