PURPOSE:To prevent that a door lock becomes rusty, so as to prevent trouble in the operation of the door lock, by cutting obliquely the lower end of a glass- run formed in the rear of a sash, as spreading only one of seal lips. CONSTITUTION:The glass-run's 3 lower end 8 which is apart from a door lock 7, is cut obliquely, at an angle of about 40-45 deg. measured from a level line, as only the inner lip 3c of seal lips is spread and the outer lip 3b is folded. In this system, almost all water drops which adheres to a door window glass 1, is led in a door panel 4 through the outer lip 3b, and water drops which run through the other part of the glass-run 3, are gathered in the base of the outer lip 3b through the lower end 8. Consequently, it is prevented that water adheres to the door lock 7, and rusting can be prevented. |
