PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having improved paintability, by compounding an OH-containing polymer with a specific hardening resin, fine powder of a polymer, and a solvent at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) 90-30pts.(wt.) of an OH- containing polymer composed of preferably a mixture of (i) a vinyl resin having an average molecular weight (Mn) of 500-8,000 and a hydroxyl value of 40- 250, (ii) an alkyd resin, an oil-free alkyd resin and/or an urethane resin having an Mn of 200-3,000 and a hydroxyl value of 40-600 and (iii) a mixture of the component (i) and the component (ii), (B) 10-70pts. of an amino plast of the aminoaldehyde resin etherified preferably with a 1-4C alcohol or blocked or unblocked polyisocyanate, (C) 0.1-100pts. (based on 100pts. of the components A+B) of a non-aqueous dispersion of fine polymer powder preferably having a segment soluble in an aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon solvent and a segment insoluble in said solvent, at the same time, and (D) a proper amount of a solvent.
