PURPOSE:To obtain the automatic telephone answering device which calls a called subscriber only when a calling subscriber voices a specific word and does not answers to a silent telephone call. CONSTITUTION:A speech detecting circuit 8 detects the specific speech (for example, ''Hello! Is this Mr. -?'') of the calling subscriber which arrives through speech lines 1, 5, and 7. When the specific speech is detected, a control signal is sent out to a speech answering circuit 10 and a calling circuit 12 through a control line 9. Consequently, the speech answering circuit 10 and calling circuit 12 are both activated and the speech answering device 10 sends out an answer message such as ''Yes, Mr. -? Hold on, please.'' to the calling subscriber through speech lines 11, 5, 1 and also transmits a tone ringer tone, etc., to let the subscriber know the incoming. |
