PURPOSE:To prevent suction and noise due to generation of eddy and improve reliability by a method wherein the thickness of section of a lateral blade is increased gradually from one end to the other end thereof and the rear surface of the blade, against which blow-off air collides, is formed by a curved surface. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of the lateral blade 7 is increased gradually from one end 7a to the other end 7b and the rear surface thereof, against which blow- off air collides, is formed by curved surface. The end 7b, abutting against the lower tip end 3c of a discharging port 3 and having larger thickness in the section thereof, is formed into an concave curved surface, similar but reverse to the lower tip end 3c of the discharging port 3. Support plates 7c and provided at both ends of the blade and shafts 7d are provided on one part of the plates while the blade is mounted rotatably between both walls 3, 3b of the discharging port 3. The lateral blade 7 is made by an integral form and the inside thereof is formed by a foamed heat insulating body.
