Shaft-hub connection

The invention proposes a shaft-hub connection which is free from play in the circumferential direction but permits axial movements and is intended, in particular, for machine components subject to alternating circumferential loads. In both regions to be connected, the wedge profile runs axially. Two zones are provided, of which at least one zone is formed by a wedge bush. This has an axial projection which engages in a corresponding groove in the second zone or in a second wedge bush. Contact between the two regions is in an oblique plane, the axial force exerted by a spring being converted into a circumferential force which clamps the two zones against one another. <IMAGE>
