Simple-symmetric toothing for internal and external gear pumps

The invention relates to toothing of backlash-free design for gear pumps or motors of conventional design. The gear wheels are seated on parallel shafts and, in the region of mesh, separate the delivery and suction space at the front and rear flank respectively of the toothing. They are designed with simple-symmetric tooth shapes, the front flanks of which correspond to conventional designs and the rear flanks of which lie between an extended and a shortened involute or other cyclic curve sections, connect these and are fixed with a view to minimum pulsation of the overall volume flow.
