An apparatus for delivering a quantity of flat mouldings is to be produced, in which each quantity comprises a specific number of mouldings. The mouldings are stacked in a stacking apparatus and are pulled out by a slide which is movable transversely to the stacking axis. A device of this kind is used in particular as a metering device for suspension apparatuses which are used to pack infusion bottles and the like. The invention provides for connection of the slide (11) to a drive element (14, 15) which can be controlled by a control element and can be moved via a driving medium, for the height of the slide (11) to be a multiple of the thickness of one moulding, and for the slide (11) to engage on one side with the exposed lower stacking section (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
