PURPOSE:To supplement a developer easily and securely without falling nor scattering by using a cartridge type as a container member which contains the developer and replaces the whole container member when the developer is all consumed. CONSTITUTION:Guide grooves 38 and 39 which guide the cartridge hopper 38 and hooks 40 and 40 which hold the developer hopper 38 are formed integrally with both side frames 25a and 25b of a casing 25, and the cartridge type developer hopper 38 is held securely at a specific position. This hopper is sealed with a lid body 59 after the developer (g) is put in, but the lid body 59 is sealed completely with an adhesive (g) and by deposition at this time and this cartridge type developer hopper 38 is used only once and disposed of. Thus, the whole container member is replaced when its internal developer is all consumed, so the developer supplementing operation is carried out easily and securely without falling nor scattering. |
