PURPOSE:To prevent in advance the trouble of a telephone charge by detecting the presence of common identification earthing during talking, collating it with common information translated from an incoming telephone number to confirm the normality of common identification earthing thereby troubleshooting early a fault due to the presence of earthing. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming comes from an incoming trunk ICT to a common subscriber AP or BP, a marker M transfers a telephone number of a common subscriber and common party information to a common earthing test equipment TSTE via a marker connector MC and the TSTE stores them to a common telephone number storage circuit comprising relays H, T, U and a common information storage circuit comprising relays APR and BPR, Further, the marker M closes an incoming trunk ICC so as to draw the talking lines between the ICT and the subscriber. After the response of subscriber (after operation of a relay DA), the result of identification (operation of a relay A or B) by the common earthing identification circuit comprising operational amplifiers IC3, IC4 and relays A, B and the common information (operation of a relay AP or BP) received from the marker M are collated, and when the both are dissident, a relay NG is operated and it is decided as a fault. |
