PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration caused by a solvent in gas at the time of curing and to form a stable and long-life substrate by using an ultraviolet curing type adhesive agent of a safety non-solvent type, when sticking a disk substrate and a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 having a recording layer 2 is fixed to a jig 5 and spacers 3, 3' are joined by dropping down an ene-thiol adhesive agent of a perfect non-solvent to the inside and the outside peripheral surfaces of the substrate 1. In the same way, a plastic substrate 1' is joined by dropping down the ene- thiol adhesive agent onto the spacers 3, 3'. In this state, the adhesive agent is cured by lighting an ultraviolet ray irradiating lamp 8. Therefore, no solvent is contained in a generated gas when the adhesive agent is cured, the deterioration generated by a chemical reaction by the solvent does not occur and a stable and long-life disk can be formed. |
