PURPOSE:To evade a contention of access from plural remote operating device to a remote controller by providing an access schedule means which generates a queue of access units and allows successive access according to the state of an origin of access and a response generating means which returns processing results at a time to the remote operating device on the basis of commands. CONSTITUTION:A decomposing and matching part 2 adds the identification code of a remote operating device as the origin of access together with a test execution section, test contents, etc., according to JOB sent out of a processing part 2 to generate instruction execution request units (u), (u)..., which are sent out to a queue holding and control part 4. The queue holding and control part 4 holds those instruction execution request units (u), (u)... successively to generate a queue and also extracts the instruction execution request units (u), (u)... selectively when the remote controller necessary for processing becomes free. A telegraphic message generated by a telegraphic format generating part 7 is sent out to the remote operating device as the origin of access from an output task 8 through a public network. |
