PURPOSE:To monitor acoustically a state change of control input/output data by detecting a change of the signal state of a terminal designated by the information on an input/output terminal and generating sounds according to said detected change. CONSTITUTION:Input data I1, I2...IM are stored successively to an input side area DM of an input/output memory 35 via an input circuit 15; while data O1, O2...ON are stored successively to an output side area DM respectively. An input/output registration area memory RM in a working memory 33 designates an area to be monitored at the input/output side through a keyboard 11. For instance, the data obtained at and before I3 of an area to be monitored are called out of a registration memory RM. At the same time, the latest data is called out of an input/output data memory DM and compared with those called out of the memory RM. When a difference is produced between both data, and sounds are delivered. The sound output supplies a sound production signal 18 to a sound synthesizer 17 via the circuit 15 to produce a sound signal 21. This signal 21 is amplified to inform an operator, etc. through a speaker 23 that the 3rd input signal state has a change. Thus the monitor is possible in addition to the display of a display device 13. |
