PURPOSE:To reduce cost by a method wherein heat exchange, utilizing the heat of underground water employed as the heat medium, is effected by a single well, while to prevent sink of ground by concentrating heat accumulating range by the three dimentional utilization of aquifer and by circulating utilization of underground water. CONSTITUTION:A special valve 5, provided with two sets of inflow ports opening and closing alternately, is operated so as to open one inflow port 19 and close the other inflow port 18, the valve 12 of one pouring pipe 7 is closed and the valve 13 of the other pouring pipe 11 is opened while an underwater pump 9 is operated under this condition. According to this method, the underground water in the lower aquifer (b) is collected into a well pipe 1 from a lower strainer tube 2' and is pumped up into a heat exchanger 14 on the ground from a water lifting pipe 10 through the inflow port 19, thereafter, flows through the heat exchanger under meandering. Accordingly, the water such as river water or the like, flowing through the heat exchanger 14, is heated or cooled by the underground water. The underground water, flowed out of the heat exchanger 14, returns into the well pipe 1 through the water pouring pipe 11 and is poured and recirculated into the upper aquifer (a) from the upper strainer tube 2. |
