PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly in the captioned motor rotor mounting device of an internal pump by providing tapers longitudinally in the key groove of a sleeve and in a shaft, and extractably inserting a key into the key groove via an elastic machine. CONSTITUTION:A key groove 18 formed in a sleeve 14 has tapers 15a, 15b provided on a key 15 located on both sides of the key groove longitudinally thereof, while a key groove 16 formed in a pump shaft 4 also used as a motor shaft has the key 15 extractably inserted thereinto. Accordingly, with only the pump shaft 4 mildly rotated after mounting a motor part 8 on the bottom of a pressure vessel 1, the key 15 is fitted in the key groove 19 to permit the shaft 4 and the sleeve 14 to be integrally coupled. Therefore, assembly and disassembly of the pump can be facilitated.
