PURPOSE:To obtain superior durability and improve triboelectrification property by holding conductive particles in a float state securely with a dielectric holding material made of thermosetting resin containing a selected adhesion accelerator with good adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric holding material 5b uses a special adhesive consisting of thermosetting resin and a selected adhesion accelerator. The adhesive strength to metallic particles and triboelectrification property of single-component magnetic toner are improved and the weather resistance is also improved. Metallic particles of 10-500mum particle size are used as conductive particles 5a and the adhesive consisting of the thermosetting resin and silane adhesion accelerator is used as the dielectric holder 5b. Consequently, conductive particles 5 are prevented from separating from the dielectric holding material 5b to form trouble such as the formation of a white spot, white stripe and ground staining on an image owing to the stay of toner at the separation part; desired edge effect is displayed sufficiently and excellent picture quality is obtained stably for a long period. |
