PURPOSE:To decode information by allowing a frequency analyzer during one frequency time of an input signal to analyze a frequency for several times and adding the results at an adder group while shifting them sequentially so as to eliminate the need for the synchronization between the said time and the frequency analyzing time and so as not to slow down the transmission speed. CONSTITUTION:An input signal A is subjected to A/D conversion. An analyzer 3 fetches a data for T/4sec (T is an analyzed time), applies Fourier transform and frequency analysis, and outputs K14 from the K1 as the result of analysis. A signal proportional to the amplitude of each frequency component in the signal K1 as the result of analysis of the T1 is outputted from a terminal f1 of the analyzer 3 to the fn and stored in a storage device group 7. The next signals K2- K4 are processed similarly. The data K1-K4 are added by an adder group 8. Thus, the signal adding the said data is outputted at each component in the outputs f1-fn of the adder group. Thus, the noise component is averaged timewise. Then the maximum f2 of the output component of the adder group is outputted from a comparator 4. Then a signal K5 is outputted from the analyzer 3, replaced with the oldest data K1 by a storage device group and the said processing is repeated sequentially. |
