PURPOSE:To synthetically judge a spot welded part, by simultaneously displaying both wave forms by single sweep and delay sweep on the picture of a 2hr axis oscilloscope. CONSTITUTION:The detection signal of a probe is inputted to a trigger circuit 1 as a trigger signal and transmitted to a delay comparator 4 through or in parallel to a single sweep gate circuit 2 and a single sweep circuit 3 and outputted to CRT from a delay sweep gate circuit 5 and a delay sweep circuit 6. A horizontal operation type change-over switch 9 is attached to the output terminals 7, 8 of the circuits 3, 6 and electrically changed over by the terminals 7, 8 to alternately connect the circuits 3, 6 to CRT. The output of the circuit 3 is inputted to the horizontal deflection plate of CRT from a horizontal amplifier 10 and the output of the circuit 6 is inputted to the first grade of CRT through a Z-axis amplifier 11 but, because there is an after-glow time at the time of change-over, both wave forms can be observed simultaneously. |
