PURPOSE:To eliminate the assembly error by allowing a control rack to contact with a stopper installed at the position corresponding to the max. or the min. injection amount and correcting the relation between the output of a position sensor and the position of the rack. CONSTITUTION:Because an injection pump 1 and a linear solenoid 3 are separately installed onto an engine block 51, a position error is generated, and an error is generated between the position of a control rack 1a and the output of a rack position sensor 2. A stopper 1c is installed at the position of the control rack 1a corresponding to the max. or the min. injection amount of the injection pump 1, and the rack 1a is allowed to contact with the stopper 1c on starting or on stop, and the position signal of the sensor 2 is memoried into a controller 20, and feedback control to the injection amount desired by the controller 20 is performed on the basis of the memory value. Thus, the assembly error is eliminated, and the control accuracy for injection amount can be improved. |
