PURPOSE:To attain the follow-up to the output operation quantity of automatic control with an optional changing factor without using a capacitor, etc., by giving automatic control to a control subject by an operation quantity defining the change of the control operation quantity as an allowable variation range when the difference of the control operation quantity exceeds the allowable variation range stored in a memory means in a switch mode to the automatic control from the manual control. CONSTITUTION:The manual control is switched to the automatic control by a manual/automatic switch part 11. In this case, the process quantity given from a control subject 1 is detected by a sensor 2. The previous output operation quantity is stored in an RAM8 via an amplifier 3 and an A/D converter 4. A CPU6 calculates the difference between said operation quantity and the output operation quantity obtained in a switch mode. This difference is compared with the allowable variation range stored in the RAM8. When the difference of output operation quantity exceeds said variation range, the change of the output operation quantity is defined as a variation range to give control to the subject 1 via an output operation part 9. Thus the precise control is possible with an optional changing factor without using a capacitor, etc. at a control output terminal. |
