PURPOSE:To obtain a method of starting reproduction that can read information surely from the starting part of recording of a disk at the time of starting musical performance by simple constitution by making the home position of a pickup within the range of information recording of the disk. CONSTITUTION:The home position of the pickup is made within the range of information of the disk, and even when accuracy of fitting of a home position detecting is not high and the pickup is at rest near the home position, address of the position recorded in the disk is read surely. Starting position of information recording of the disk is calculated basing on the address, and the pickup is shifted to the starting position of information recording and reproducing action is started. By the system that does not make the lead-in area of the starting part of recording home position, a method of starting reproduction that enables to read information surely from the starting part of recording of the disk at the time of starting musical performance can be obtained using simple constitution. |
