PURPOSE:To effectively prevent dust from being generated, at a low cost, by using discharge water containing oil as spraying water for preventing the generation of dust. CONSTITUTION:Discharge water is pooled in a receiving tank 1 which also serves as a specific gravity separating tank, and may be adjusted in its oil concentration and PH in an adjusting tank 2. Meanwhile water display devices 5, 6 are arranged in a storage yard 3 and a transfer conveyor 4 which are dust generating sources, respectively. Accordingly, even if the discharge water is in an emulsion condition, it may be directly used as spray water for preventing dust generation, which offers a great advantage in practical use. |
