PURPOSE:To make a working current flowable with a little loss but at a large value and thereby improve machining accuracy ever so better, by using a part of a positioning guide for a wire electrode as a feeder body of the working current in combination, in case of a wire-cut electric discharge machining device. CONSTITUTION:Inside each of guide holders 3a and 4a for positioning guides 3 and 4 which guide a wire electrode 1 upon being slidden, more than one die guides 5A, 5B and 6A, 6B composed of a wearproof material of diamond, corundum, etc., are overlapped with each other at the near side to a work body 7. In addition, each guide holders 3a and 4a is packed with an assortment of die guides 8A-8C and 9A-9C having electric conductivity and being large in abrasion resistance in a solid form. One side pole 10A of a working power source 10 is connected to each of these die guides 8A-8C and 9A-9C via a cable 11. And, a positional relationship between each of guide holes 8a-8c and 9a-9c is made to be eccentric by 120 deg., and a hole comprising a combination of these guide holes functions as a guide hole in time of machining. |
