PURPOSE:To attain stable mounting electrically and mechanically by applying insulating processing to the surface of a metallic post and inserting a conductive rubber between the metallic post and an outer package so as to form a capacitance. CONSTITUTION:A mount screw 5 mounted with a diode 2 is screwed to a screw hole 11 provided to a diode mounting case 1 constituting a waveguide. Then the metallic post 13 applied with insulation processing by almite or the like to the surface of aluminum is penetrated through a metallic post mounting hole 101 formed to a metallic post mounting case 10 via a conductive rubber 12 and the tip of the metallic post 13 is pressed into contact with the diode 2. The outer diameter of the rubber 12 is formed slightly larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 101 formed to the case 10, the inner diameter of the rubber 12 is made slightly smaller than the outer diameter so as to contact closely the post 13 and the rubber 12 thereby attaining a structure stable electrically and mechanically. |
