PURPOSE:To make a working fluid during machining operation maintainable to a constant quality, by comparing a detection signal out of a device, detecting and measuring a variation in water content in the working fluid, with the set reference value, while controlling the water content to keep constant, in case of a working circulating feeder for an electric discharge machine. CONSTITUTION:A detection value, measuring the quality of each fluid in an oil and water mixture sump 20, fed out of an electric discharge machining part by way of piping 19, with a specific gravity detector 1, a fluid level detector 2, a fluid temperature detector 3, a light wave detector 4 and further an electric conductivity detector, is transmitted to a total control unit 11. This control unit 11, using one of the reception signals or a combined one, complies with a variation between the detection value and the preset reference value, then makes each circuit 12 or 13 for an oil content feeder 14 or a water content feeder 16, feeding a mixture device 10 of oil and water interconnected to the fluid sump 20 through piping 5 with an oil and water feed required quantity, and a surface activator is added, thus uniform mixture takes place. A pump 14 is operated, and a mixed fluid being uniformly dispersed inside the mixture device 10 is fed to the electric discharge machining part through the piping 19. |
