PURPOSE:To securely always mount a fixture for a milling cutter on a certain position by constituting said fixture from a main body and a fixed member and providing a fit shaft in a mounting member and a fit hole in the main body to fit said shaft in said hole for securing the milling cutter. CONSTITUTION:A fixed member 6 is constituted of a fit shaft 7 and a collar 8 and further provided on the center line with a bolt hole 9 for securing fixedly said member to a fixture body 5. On the other hand, the fixture body 5 is provided with a fit hole 10 into which the fit shaft 7 is fitted, while being formed in the bottom with a female screw 11. When a milling cutter 2 is mounted, it is fitted onto the fit shaft 7, and then the fit shaft 7 is fitted and pushed in the fit hole 10 until the milling cutter 2 is attached closely to the main body 5. A bolt 12 is screwed into the female screw 11 to secure fixedly the fixed member 6 to the main body 5. Here, since the milling cutter 2 is sandwiched between the end face of the fixture body 5 and the collar 8, it is mounted always on a certain position. |
