PURPOSE:To enable the control of film thickness of microcapsule by manufacturing polyurethane resin or polyurea resin forming outer wall through combining both methods of an in-situ polymerizing method and an interface polymerizing method. CONSTITUTION:A dispersed mixture is obtained by mixing multivalent isocyanate, substance to be contained in core material, multifunctional glycols, a colorant and a polymerization initiator and dispersing these. The mixture is introduced into a dispersion liquid wherein a dispersing stabilizer is contained in water and divided into particle-shape with stirring or the like to disperse and suspend it. Then, an aq. soln. in which multifunctional amine reactive with isocyanate is dissolved is added thereto and the temp. is elevated to the reaction temp. to allow it to react with each other and a microcapsule making the outer wall of polyurethane or polyurea is obtained. Next, after decomposing and removing a classifying stabilizer, a desired microcapsule is obtained via filtration, water washing and drying. |
