Binding with a front toe unit having a sole-holder for holding a ski boot. The sole-holder has two movable lateral wings which can be adjusted by an adjusting device relative to one another between a maximum open position and a closed position. The wings are moulded onto the front toe unit and are connected to the latter by means of an elastically deformable region. The wings are separated from the rest of the unit by means of a gap. The deformation region serves as a hypothetical axis for the pivoting of the wings in relation to the unit while the distance between the wings is being adjusted.
