PURPOSE:To prevent a backflow of ink from a two-way valve to a head side by inserting a fluid resistance between an ink jet head and the two-way valve which is continuous to the former. CONSTITUTION:A fluid resistance 10 (for instance, capillary tube of approx. 0.3mm. in dia. and approx. 4mm. in length) is inserted between a two-way valve 9 and a head 1. The fluid resistance 10 prevents ink from being pushed back toward the side by the fluid resistance 10, when a diaphragm of the two-way valve 9 is pressed back after said valve was turned OFF. Thus it is possible to prevent ink dripping from the head and perform satisfactory printing during a following operation. |
