<p>To repair a fractured sewer line (10) using a line sleeve (29) and an elastomer sleeve (34) around the liner sleeve (29), the liner sleeve (29) and the elastomer sleeve (34) are installed endwise in the sewer line (10) to locate the two sleeves (29, 34) in bridging relation with the fracture (13), and filler slurry (37) is introduced into a space (38) formed between the two sleeves (29,34) to cause the elastomeric sleeve (34) to expand and seal against the sewer line (10) in bridging relation with the fracture (13). </p> |
