摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a titled system for performing adapted control by the quantity to be corrected of high accuracy by constituting a titled rolling mill so that an entry/ delivery plate thickness deviation and a rolling load deviation of the second stand, and a rolling load deviation after the third stand are forecast by using a result of rolling of the first and the second stands. CONSTITUTION:In a multistage continuous rolling mill 10 provided with a setting control device 1 consisting of an initializing control function part 2 and a setting and correcting function part 3, a draft position and a rolling speed are forecast and set by forecasting a rolling load of each rolling stand #1, 2... before biting a material to be rolled 9. When the material to be rolled 9 is bitten into the #1 stand, its rolling load, draft position and rolling speed are measured actually, and from its measured value and said forecasting value, an entry plate thickness deviation of the #2 stand is calculated. When the material to be rolled 9 is bitten into the #2 stand, its rolling load, draft position, and a rolling speed of each stand after the #2 stand are measured, and from its measured value and said forecasting value, deviations of delivery plate thickness, a rolling load, a rolling speed, etc. are calculated, and based on this calculated value, said draft position, rolling speed, etc. set in advance are corrected.</p>
