<p>PURPOSE:To enable the adjustment of the remaining quantity of HCl regardless of the temp. of combustion gas from a cooling tower outlet by injecting the powder of desalting agent, controlling the injection quantity of water contg. the desalting agent in accordance with the temp. of combustion gas after injecting the water contg. the desalting agent and controlling the injection quantity of the desalting agent powder in accordance with the concn. of HCl. CONSTITUTION:The desalting agent powder such as Ca(OH)2 is injected to the combustion gas which is produced from an incinerator of municipal refuse and passed through a heat exchanger. The HCl concn. contained in the combustion gas which is discharged to the atmosphere via a dust collector from a cooling tower is detected and the injection quantity is controlled in accordance with the detected concn. Namely, the injection quantity is regulated to the amount necessary in order to make a prescribed value of the HCl concn. contained in the discharged combustion gas after removing unremoved HCl with the water contg. the desalting agent of rear stage. Then, the combustion gas is fed to the cooling tower and the water contg. the desalting agent is injected thereto. The injection quantity is decided by the temp. of the combustion gas conducted out from the cooling tower and adjusted so that the temp. is made optimum for the dust collector of the rear stage.</p> |
