PURPOSE:To provide a differential speed reduction gear which is simple in structure and can reduce backlash, easily ensure rigidity and attain low vibration by using an external gear integral with an eccentric rotor. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric rotor 10 is fixed to an input shaft 9 with a displacement (e) eccentric with respect to the center of the shaft, and an eccentric rotor 11 is similarly fixed thereto with a displacement (e) eccentric symmetrically with the eccentric rotor 10. When an input shaft 9 is rotated, the respective rotary external gears 16, 17 are simultaneously engaged with rotary internal gears 19, 20 and a fixed internal gear 18 to be rotated both round the gears and on its axis in such a manner as to keep a symmetrical position relationship therebetween. At this time, the external gears 16, 17 are rotated always with the orbital track symmetrical about the input shaft 9, so that unbalance of mass due to eccentricity can be cancelled to absorb vibration internally. |
