PURPOSE:To easily arrange transistors of an input circuit by connecting them in series so as to reduce the chip area of the input circuit, by using silicon MOS transistors and reducing the number of MOS transistors. CONSTITUTION:The source and gate of the N type MOS transistor (TR) QN1 of an input circuit are connected with earthing potential and signal input terminal 1, respectively. The source of a TRQN2 is connected with the drain of the TRQN1 and the 1st input control signal 2 is inputted in the gate of the TRQN2. Moreover, the drain of the TRQN2 is connected with the source of a TRQN3, in the gate of which an input strobe signal 3 is inputted, and the 1st output point 10 is connected with the drain of the TRQN3. Furthermore, the source, gate, and drain of a P type MOSTRQP1 are connected with a power source VCC, the signal input terminal 1, and the source of a TRQP2, respectively. The signal 2 is inputted in the gate of the TRQP2, after it is inverted by an inverter 9 and the source of the TRQP2 is connected with the 1st output point 10. An inverted type tri-state gate 5 is connected with the output point 10 and the signal 3 is inputted in the gate 5. Thus the chip area of the input circuit is reduced. |
