PURPOSE:To enable a confirmation with displaying means and to make a position decision of a point to be measured easier, by outputting as an electric signal outside a surveying machine that a measured value comes within a certain range of an established value with respect to a prescribed distance or angle. CONSTITUTION:The value of each digit is latched in order from a high-order digit to IC2, 3, 4, 5 from mu processor 1. The value to be latched is latched each time when a measuring value is changed, and first the established values of the most significant digit held by IC2 and that of a rotary switch 9 are compared. And then like the value of IC3 and the value of a rotary switch 8 a successive comparison is made. Finally the amounts of a measured value and established value are judged and an electric signal showing whether a measured value is smaller than or equivalent to the established value is outputted from a magnitude comparator 13. One of a pulse row is thus selected with a gate means 16 and outputted to a terminal 18 and a position decision can be made simply. |
